John
President and Owner

John has been involved in the HVAC field for more than 35 years; it is a true passion of his. Over 25 years ago in 1989, he decided to start CARJON. He saw an opportunity in the market to deliver top notch customer service and unparalleled quality installations. John has continued to grow the business over the years with a customer-oriented focus, and now leads CARJON as Rhode Island’s leading air conditioning and heating service and installation company. “My primary role in the company is to assure our customers and the people working here experience a professional and caring experience beyond their expectations,” John says.

Glenn
Installation Field Supervisor

Glenn is one of our Installation Field Supervisors, and has been with the company for 10 years! He brings a wealth of experience from being an installer to the role of designing and managing our customers’ installation projects. When you choose CARJON, Glenn may be one of the project managers assigned to your job! “Coming from doing installation, it has helped me to understand the logistics of everything from job design layouts to delivering great customer service.” Glenn says one of the ways he is able to deliver an exceptional customer experience is by “putting a customer at ease with a big project they’re undertaking with us.”

Lori
Bookkeeper

Lori has been a long time team member for almost 17 years! She says she likes working here at CARJON because of the “friendliness, caring for one another and our customers, pride in what we do here, and going the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy.” Lori handles our billing and finance department, ensuring all payments, loans, and bills are safe, accurate, and timely.

Carissa
Service Manager

Carissa plays a crucial role in managing CARJON’s Service Department, and has been a part of the company since the very beginning, growing up into the business. She has a responsibility to make sure customers are receiving the best care possible and making their service repair experience smooth and easy. Carissa says she always strives to exceed customer expectations, “When a customer has a problem with their unit, they are in the forefront of my mind until their problem gets resolved.” She also ensures our service technicians have the best technical training available in order to provide our customers with the top notch professional service they deserve. Many of our customers don’t know this, but Carissa is the “CAR” in “CARJON!”

Michelle
Service Team Coordinator

Michelle is our service team coordinator, whose main purpose is to help our technicians help our customers. She works together with the rest of her team to prepare quotes, order parts, and schedule necessary repairs. “We help so many people stay warm and cozy in those cold winter months, and also get to make sure people are comfortably cool in the summer. We’re here to ensure our customers are happy in their homes,” says Michelle.

Jeannie
Customer Service Representative

For the past four years, Jeannie has been continuing to provide exceptional customer service in our Service Department. “I believe the greatest responsibility is providing the highest quality care and concern to each individual customer,” Jeannie says, and believes she excels at exceeding expectations by dedicating herself completely to the needs and concerns of our customers. “The first thing that attracted me to want to work for CARJON was the family-friendly atmosphere which it provides. To work for CARJON is to feel like you’ve come home. Everyone works together as a team. We are all linked together to form one strong chain!”

Jennifer
Customer Service Representative

Jennifer is in our Service Department and schedules appointments for our customers requiring service or maintenance on their heating and air conditioning systems. Jennifer says, “It feels great to be able to help people who are without heat or air conditioning; once we’re able to take care of that customer and their system is up and running, it is great to know my company was able to make that happen.” Jennifer has extensive experience in customer service before she came to CARJON, so she knows and understands the importance of getting service in a timely professional manner.

John, Jr.
Sales and Marketing Manager

John, Jr. has been with CARJON since the beginning, serving different types of roles in the company. John is actually the “JON” in CARJON!” Now, he leads a sales team of HVAC Estimators responsible for providing our customers with accurate, affordable, creative solutions for their homes and businesses. With an education in business and marketing, he’s the creator behind CARJON’s business development and advertising. John, Jr. is also the head of our new Home Performance division, certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and Building Envelope Professional.

Lisa
Sales Estimate Coordinator

After years of experience in customer service in the energy efficiency industry, Lisa has been with us for over 10 years, and now handles the coordination of our sales team. She sees your installation project from start to finish; from the initial call to schedule an Estimate to ensuring you’re project went smoothly in the end. In order to exceed customer expectations on a daily basis, Lisa says, “It’s important to listen to the customer’s needs, be friendly, polite, and being as helpful as I can to make the customer happy.”
