Had issues with existing heat pump not keeping up in cold weather. Called a couple other companies to look at system & was told everything was fine . Robert from Carjon came out & immediately pointed out ductwork issues & issues with lack of return vents. Knowledge of these systems was immediately evident. Recommended a Mitsubishi hyper heat system & the difference was amazing. House maintains perfect temperature even on nights when temperatures drop to near zero. Get it right the first time and go with Carjon.
5 stars and if more were offered I’d go for all of them. When the furnace stops working and the temperatures outside range from minus 0 to single digits — all while you’re out of town, it’s stressful. The thermostat read 45o when I walked in, so the house was uninhabitable. Carjon got someone to the house super quickly and within a few hours we had a diagnosis of our 10-year old, ice-fried furnace, a recommendation and an estimate. I can’t say enough good things about Elijah, Jared and Kevin, the crew who came to remove the old furnace and install new. They arrived with nothing but professionalism and a positive attitude and left the same way, after working 8 hours in a freezing cold attic. With no breaks. Before they rolled out, they made sure to leave the house as clean as they’d found it — maybe cleaner ; ) In addition, Elijah patiently went over everything, including how to operate the new thermostat and helped with setup for remote access. I highly recommend Carjon if you value prompt, efficient, professional service.
