The Inflation Reduction Act Tax Credit
The 25C Tax Credit (aka the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit) was part of the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act. Homeowners can claim a 30% federal credit each year on the total cost of qualifying energy efficient upgrades. Eligible upgrades from CARJON include:
Mini split and heat pump tax credits up to $2,000
HVAC tax credits up to $600 on furnace, boiler, and central AC installation
